Winter Hikes
Try a 2-, 4- or 6-mile hike at Blendon Woods on Saturday February 6, all beginning at 10 a.m. At 10 a.m. on Saturday February 13, Highbanks will host a 2.5-mile and a 5-mile hike. On Sunday February 14, Glacier Ridge Metro Park will host a 2-mile hike, begining at 2 p.m. Full hike schedule

Metro Parks Pet Trails
Twelve of your 15 Metro Parks have designated pet trails, where your canine friend can get the fresh air and exercise he or she needs. Needless to say, the walk will also be very good for you.

Inniswood volunteer training in March
Inniswood Metro Gardens will be holding its annual orientation series for new volunteers in March. Both weekday and weekend hours are available for the four sessions over four weeks. Volunteers will participate in all aspects of the Gardens including maintenance, educational programming and special events. Deadline for registration is March 1.
