At the beginning of April, Blacklick Woods Golf Course transitioned to the use of Teesnap for their POS System and web services. Not only does the new software make customer interactions more personalized, we now have a new website with a tee-time booking engine that makes booking a tee time smooth and fun. Teesnap’s online booking engine makes it simple for golfers to invite their friends and colleagues and enables the golf course to capture important customer information.
Another highlight of Teesnap is the system’s mobility. The software is run on iPads that use 4G data. This allows our employees to literally take tee times and run transactions from anywhere. The mobility of Teesnap allows us to not be stuck behind the counter solely running transactions. We can spend more time helping customers with merchandise transactions, keeping food and beverage items stocked, and making sure we do everything necessary to provide top-notch customer service. With the software, our Starters/Rangers have real-time access to tee times and other pertinent information. This feature allows them to have an updated tee-sheet at all times, thus making the check-in process much smoother for our customers.
