This program will be centered around Trail Running! From beginners to experienced runners, all are welcome!! Join us for a staff led program including trail running through Scioto Grove Metro Park. This program will cover trail running basics as well as a run/jog on the trails. Meet at the Arrowhead Picnic Shelter.
