Schools & Teachers
Metro Parks offers a variety of free resources to help teachers and other educators enhance their curriculum. Many of these year-round programs fulfill state proficiencies requirements in math and science. Programs typically last an hour and are geared for preschool through high school.
Topics include: animals, plants, ecology and science, nature, cultural and natural history. Our staff will also work with you to design a program to meet your group's needs.
Metro Parks nature programs also fulfill patch requirements for girl and boy scouts.
